From our farm to your table.
We serve Balkan cuisine because it stands for exceptional quality of taste. On our farm 8 km from the resort we keep cows and a greenhouse: we make our own cow's cheese and kashkaval, yoghurt, butter and pure veal appetisers.
The BBQ area is ready for every culinary masterpiece, and the wine list begins with our Castlehorse selection: a rich taste that accompanies every dish with balanced refinement.
