We include Balkan cuisine on our menus because it represents exceptional culinary quality. We have our own cows and a greenhouse on our farm, which is located 8 kilometers from the complex. We make our own cow’s cheese, yoghurt, butter, and natural pure veal appetizers, which you can sample in our dishes and purchase from our Local shop at the entrance at the reception. The BBQ area is equipped with all of the typical options for creating culinary wonders. The wine list begins with our Castlehorse wine selection.
